In this update, we don’t change any style in the footer. I checked on mine and no underlined. So I hope you can make your site is live soon.

Or please add this to Customize => Additional CSS:
.site-footer a { text-decoration: none; }

In case this happens to anyone else, I had to use the following to put it back the way it was before the last update:

.widget-area .widget_nav_menu li a {
	border-bottom:none;
	padding-bottom:0px
}

As @knittingand tell, you just need to put this Customize => Additional CSS:

.widget-area .widget_nav_menu li a {
	border-bottom:none;
	padding-bottom:0px
}
