    Hi @darkuss,

That’s because this is a subscriber who is also a WordPress User and a WooCommerce Customers, so they can’t be deleted from the MailPoet plugin.

WordPress Users should be deleted as a User by going to the?WordPress dashboard > Users page: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/133-the-wordpress-users-list

Customers added to the WooCommerce Customers list?can not?be removed from this list or from the MailPoet plugin, unless you delete their order from the WooCommerce plugin. They can be marked as “Unsubscribed” though: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/278-the-woocommerce-customers-list

    Reference: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/304-why-i-cant-delete-my-subscribers

    Thank you!

thank you very much for your reply, I deleted the wordpress user, and deleted that user’s only order. I deleted the subscriber in the “Woocommerce subscribes” list (even if there is always 1 subscriber) and I made sure that the “Subscribe old WooCommerce customers” option was disabled. it still doesn’t work. Maybe I’m doing something wrong

    Hi @darkuss,

    Thanks for the video.

I deleted the subscriber in the “Woocommerce subscribes” list (even if there is always 1 subscriber) and I made sure that the “Subscribe old WooCommerce customers” option was disabled.

That’s not enough to be able to delete them from the Trash. You need to delete their order in the WooCommerce plugin.

I see they’re not showing as not associated with any list. Could you please add them to the WooCommerce Customers list again and then try to “Force Sync” this list?

Thanks for the reply. As I have already written the order has been deleted from the Woocommerce plugin, as well as I specify it in the video and I show it. All the orders that are there are related to another user (admin)

It doesn’t give me a chance to put it back on the WooCommerce Customers list, I can only restore it
