    Thanks for the feature request. So as not to mislead anyone viewing the support forum, could you please mark future requests as “feature request” instead of “bug”?

    Activating the pretty permalinks does indeed require you to fill in the slug for each product in order to have it work properly. Thank you for the suggestion of having a default slug. It is something we’ve discussed here.

    Unfortunately, we haven’t gone around to it yet. We have however noticed that you have added your slugs and we are now able to access the product properly.

    We encourage you to add slugs to your products whenever you create them.
