Bug: Theme selector works but defaults back to Light

I’m highly interested in this plugin (been looking at Editz, but development stopped a long time ago) and I’m going to be invested in making it better and ready for production.

First bug: the theme selection doesn’t select the theme that is currently active in the options. It just defaults to Light. So even if you change it and submit the form, it comes back as Light instead of the theme you just selected.
