    Hi,

I’ve connected popupally with Mailpoet. I created a “thank you page”. Unfortunately the subscriber is redirected to a correct page -> mypage.com/thankyoupage only when signing from the main page. When popupally shows on a different page (i.e blog), the subscriber gets redirected to a non-existing page -> mypage.com/pagepopupshowedup/thankyoupage

Any ideas how to deal with it? I tried deactivating the plugin, turning of the thank you page redirection. Also it sometimes it takes significant amount of time to see a result of changes done to popupally settings.

    Thanks.
    Mike

Also when I deactivate the Advanced option of redirecting to thank you page, it does not respond and keeps redirecting to either the “thank you page” or to a non-existing page (error 404).

    Hi resachris,

You need to set up the Thank you page in Mailpoet. The Thank You page setting in PopupAlly is only used to stop the popup from appear for visitors who have seen the page. To enable the redirection, please configure it through MailPoet.

    Robin,

this thread is NOT resolved. I know that the redirection needs to be set in MailPoet. And it is. I double checked with this instructions>>https://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/thank-you-page-setup/

The problem is that it looks like – either Popupally or Mailpoet – mess up with the redirection and send the subscriber to a non existing path. For example if popup showed on main page (www.page.com) the subscriber will be redirected to https://www.page.com/thankyoupage. If popup showed to a subscriber on , for example, blog page, he will be redirected to https://www.page.com/blog/thankyoupage (and this path does not exist) instead of https://www.page.com/thankyoupage. If popup showed to a subscriber on , for example, services page, he will be redirected to https://www.page.com/services/thankyoupage (and this path does not exist) instead of https://www.page.com/thankyoupage and so on.

Please unmark it as resolved and help. It took more than month, to get the response, and the popup is still not working correctly.
