Bug: strips CSS classes from tag

Hi guys, I have noticed that your product is removing some plugin added classes from the body tag. This in turns renders some plugins to look weird.
Here I also found one thread about it: https://wpmudev.com/forums/topic/wpide-conflict-with-wpmu-plugins/Could you please fix your product so that it does not strip existing classes from the <body> tag?
