    I have the premium version, FAQ ordering is set to selected order. I also imported my faq data from the old plugin “Q and A” via the import section, and the data seemed to import fine. But when I go to the ordering section, it says “No FAQs have been created”.

    If I manually make a new faq via your plugin, that does show in the order table.

    If I edit one of the FAQ’s that was imported, and just save it without changing anything, it will now show up in the order table.

    It’s strange that it isn’t showing them in the order table for you. If you go to the FAQs tab, are they all listed there? Are they published, with a published date in the past (i.e. not scheduled to be published)? And are they set to public and not private?

    If the answer is yes to all of these, and they still aren’t showing in the order table, then one thing you could try doing is exporting all of the FAQs to spreadsheet. Then just delete all the FAQs and re-import the spreadsheet. (Take a backup of your site and database, and/or don’t delete the FAQs before doing the import, if you’re worried about something going incorrectly during the export/import.)
