Bug: Sometimes gift can be added multiple times to cart

  • This plugin has some bugs but most are not that difficult to resolve. But I always had the issue that sometimes customers do not see the popup or it will not work. Or people can add gifts multiple times.

    I ignored those issues but as my store is growing it is not professional. Anyone to help? If this plugin is discontinued I am prepared to take over and invest in this plugin.

    I think they stoped support for the free version and invest more in the Pro version

    This problem is a couple of months old, and I don’t think there will be a solution. I tried to add extra rules/cart checks but to no avail.

    I have even proposed to buy premium if this was the problem. They responded fast but after giving all details I had no succes. Should be removed this plugin!

    I only got the response: pro version is compatible to 4.9.0
    Not sure if that’s the solution.

    The shop manager asked for some sort of loyalty system so I’m currently looking at WooRewards from longwatchstudio. If i’m not mistaken the pro version has the option to add free gifts in addition to the loyalty system.

    And with the Lifetime licenses and the 1 month free trial I have the feeling this could be a bargin.
