Hi,
I’m testing out the free version at the moment. I’ve installed & configured for USD & GBP and all is fine except that I’ve noticed that some products now show an incorrect price in the home (USD) currency.

Example-dress costs $49.90 but even when USD is selected, shows up as $32.72 on the product page so it basically shows up the price of what it would be in pounds. When I then switch to pounds, this same dress becomes 21 pounds so the currency conversion happens on the incorrect price not the real price loaded.

The error seems to correct itself at the checkout where the price jumps back up to what it should be. It only happens to some dresses-I’ve checked the price on these & it is loaded correctly.

Please advise on fix – plugin is great otherwise but this is a major problem.

Looks like you have double convertation.
Try next steps please:
* disable all plugins except woocommerce and WOOCS – and the look how is it
* if first step failed – try switch theme, sometimes a lot of them kills native woocommerce hooks and add their own – bad coding style, I has a lot of such cases. Maybe in the current theme woo template for single page is overloaded wrong …

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me & taking a look. Soon after I sent the query, all the other products in the store started playing up & displaying incorrectly too so I ended up having to deactivate the plugin. I am running it with Wootique theme and Woocommerce 2.4.7

It seems that since it was running fine for a couple of days and only after started having issues that it must be a conflict with one of the plugins or theme. That’s a shame, I was really liking the easy functionality & layout

Yes, it can be a conflict, but it need investigation
One moment, try use transients as data storage instead of session in the plugin settings …
