bug – smtp connect failed – email not sending

    Hi, my smtp email setting is SSL,port 465, Auto TSL,Authentication on. my setting has been there for few months without problem, but since few days ago, I noticed my site email not sending out, its showing smtp connect failed. then I back to the smtp setting page to change the “Encryption to none” port 25, its failed as well. I contacted my hosting, they have nothing wrong on the server. another website on the same account but not using this plugin has no prolbme to send email out. please advise

  • Hi @freelylw, When you get a chance, could you please share a full error log recorded when you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test? Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log. This will give us an idea of what might be going on.
