Hi, after updating the plugins and wp I get a bug in the front-end. I receive a communication from wordpress with a redux framework plugin error with this string “Un errore di E_ERROR è stato causato nella linea 172 del file /web/htdocs/www.pracal.com/home/web/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/redux-core/inc/classes/class-redux-cdn.php. Messaggio di errore: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Redux_Vendor_URL’ not found in /web/htdocs/www.pracal.com/home/web/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/redux-core/inc/classes/class-redux-cdn.php:172”

I had to deactivate it to go back to how it was before. How can I solve it? for me this plugin is important

I have a theme created by the agency

This happens when theme users don’t update their embedded version of Redux. The theme you are using still uses Redux 3, which we no longer support. The plugin you are using overrides the old version, but it still had extensions using the old syntax.

The version of Redux I released this afternoon *should* stop the error. It’s one I’ve been combating for a while now because theme authors won’t update their code. See if v4.4.6 solves the issue.

I updated, but the bug is still present. I have WordPress 6.0.5 with PHP version 7.3.33

@cicccio997 – Please contact the theme author and ask them to update their vendor library code. I’ve added every possible if/then to compensate for theme developers not updating their code. Now they have to update.

@paaaasheim – Please do not piggyback someone else’s ticket with a separate issue.

@cicccio997 – Vendor support for Redux has been removed. It’s causing too many issues. The script it affected will load via CDN exclusively. If the theme author wishes to change this, it’ll be on them to update their code. In the interim, it should work for you now.

So do I have to delete redux vendor?

@cicccio997 – You may as well. You no longer need it.

@kprovance it could be that I have wordpress version 6.0.5, php 7.3.3 and WpBakey 6.1
