    Hi @mcarballo,

    Let’s try to temporarily deactivate all the plugins, install and activate NextGen Gallery then access “Dashboard -> Plugins” and press “Opt Out” link below NextGen Gallery plugin next to “Deactivate” button.

    Once done, please activate the other plugins.
