[bug] “SEPA” is not displayed correctly when “Bank card” is disable

    Hello,

    When the “Stripe – Bank card” payment method is not activated, the display of the “Stripe SEPA Direct Debit – Bank direct debit” payment method becomes unusable: the SEPA logo becomes too much big, and the form to enter the IBAN becomes invisible.

    Method to reproduce the bug:

    On a WordPress + WooCommerce + WooCommerce Stripe Gateway installation:

    Activate “Stripe SEPA Direct Debit – Bank direct debit” payment method without activating the “Stripe – Bank card” payment method.
