BUG Sending Newsletter – Blank Page and Console Error

    Hello,

    I am encountering a bug when trying to send my newsletter. When I attempt to send it, I select my list of subscribers.

    However, upon clicking on one of the lists, I am directed to a blank page.

    The only error message I can see is in the console:

    This issue is pretty odd. Could you please follow the instructions to?re-install the plugin via FTP?and let us know if it resolves the issue? This will ensure no plugin files are missing or corrupted.

    Don’t worry,?you won’t lose any data from the plugin?since it’s saved in your database, not the plugin files. However, whenever making any changes like this, we recommend making sure you have a full backup of the site just in case.

    If the issue persists, please send us a copy of your System Info found in MailPoet > Help. Make sure to remove any sensitive information such as email addresses.
