[Bug] Section titles include person's name when using certain URLs

Since I’ve looked at the code, I can tell you that it’s a known problem with international URLs. Simply use title=”Summary”, etc. in your shortcodes.

The “bug” is that the plugin does not remove the name of the person from the headings, but since it’s a known limitation and since there is a workaround, this is more of a feature request.
