BUG REPPORT – unsubscribe page

Hello,
The when a user clicks on an erroneous unsubscribe link (the user is not found in the database), the title of the page that appears becomes “Hmmm… we don’t have a record of you.”.
The problem is that this title appears on all the links of all the pages of the site’s menus.

The problem seems to come from this line of code :
