  • I believe there’s a bug with mobile when Perfect Summary is enabled that prevents me from clicking the Menu button in the top left on the wp-admin screen. Disabling Perfect Survey fixed it. It’s possible it’s a conflict with another plugin of ours, but just thought I would bring it up.

    Currently I really like the plugin but this prevents all mobile wp-admin work.

    Related to this, you also don’t appear to be able to access the “Screen-Options” on mobile or desktop as when you click it, it tries to open the first time and automatically closes and then just kind of “stutters” the next time you click it.

    We tried all of this on multiple accounts on multiple devices using multiple web browsers on our phones. I hope you guys can find a fix so we can use it.

    to solve the problem with Perfect Survey WordPress Plug-in, we must reproduce your situation at 100%. The problem does not occur on our development systems.

    You can start giving a list of plug-ins and the theme used.

    If your plug-ins aren’t free we need admin access on your website. If the plug-ins and the theme are premium and we have not the admin access and the FTP access, it will be impossible for us to test.
    Another solution, you can migrate this web site in a temporary repository with FTP access and Admin access. We will be happy to assist you.

    Hello,
    I have created a form to query customer satisfaction with perfectsurvey. A very nice plugin and actually exactly what I was looking for! Unfortunately the selection of the symbols does not work for me. Either a different symbol is displayed when I select it (e.g. a shopping cart instead of stars) or the right symbols are displayed first (e.g. smileys), but then another one (stones) appears when I rate/click on it.
    What can I do?

    I used your plugin on our website (www.junak.org), it works fine, but I have a question:
    any visitor can vote without logging, and a preview of the results is displayed only for logged in users.
    I don’t think that was the case, or maybe I have something wrongly adjustable?

    Hello,
    I installed your plugin on my site and I like it, very simple to create polls.
    But there’s a critical bug when I activate it on my site.

    Wordpress Site Health reports critical errors as follow:

    REST API error
    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
    Could not complete loopback request!
    Background updates may not function

    Something need to be fixed. Thanks

    I’m getting both of these errors in Site Health Status when only your plugin is enabled. Great plugin but please fix.

    The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.
    
    The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
    Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.
    
    The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.

    we are still working on this task. The fact that it is not accurate in the error report makes us go astray. We noticed that it is not said that it could depend on the plug-in, perhaps on a server setting. However, we are trying to solve the problem.
