    Hey there,

I removed the scroll tracking events fully in the WP Admin backend, however they still magically arrive in Google Analytics as before and doesn’t stop.

What could be the reason for this? Settings in scroll tracking clearly show full emptiness: “No items found.“

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mseb,

A long shot – but can you try to clear any caching on the website’s end?
If that doesn’t solve it, can you please send us an export of the plugin’s configuration (there’s an export button in the General Settings tab)?

    https://wpflow.com/contact/
Just submit something and then reply to the email with the attachment.

Hi there, any news on the bug fix? It also seems that page views are counted twice – for most pages it is twice as much as unique page views which is quite suspicious.

Yes, we will release a fix tomorrow (not releasing on Sundays).

Though it shouldn’t affect the page views. This could indicate multiple instances of Google Analytics tracking codes.

    Hi @mseb,

    I just released the fix.
You may have to add a scroll event and delete it to make sure the cache gets updated.

    Hi Yuval

Thanks, after purging the cache it seems to work now! Will monitor for few more days but thanks a lot for the rapid feedback!

    Thx,
    Mirko
