BUG REPORT: Custom prefix not applied

I downloaded EBS and changed the settings to include a custom prefix to all tags (ebs_).
I made a well and the prefix was included on the shortcode.
When making an accordion, this prefix was not applied. Adding the prefix and it works well.
This is using wordpress 4.0 multisite
