BUG Report: Caching Plugin prevent Elasticpress from being used.

Hi,

WP-CLI seems to not support any caching Plugin. At least APC ist not supported and this is a very common and recommended cache. So Elsaticpress does NOT work (can not be installed/administered).

So this is another Vote against having only a CLI. and this is most likely a main targetgroup who has a larger Install with more posts.
