    It would be much more helpful if this were left as a support request, rather than a review ??

    Did you download the ZIP, then attempt to upload it? Or was this downloaded directly in the WordPress plugin admin area?

    Hey shamsuddha,

    It is totally unfair to leave a review for a bug instead of a support request. I would suggest you to update the review rating once the issue resolved by the developer.
