    Hello,

    For several days, it has been impossible to save or modify anything. I can’t “save”. It goes around in a loop. No error message. I can add shipping zones, make changes, etc., but I cannot save them. Everything is up to date on my side.

    Do you have the ShopEngine plugin activated? If so, could you temporarily disable it to check if it helps?

    So on the test wp site, no worries about saving, it works.

    I do have shopengine active on my site.
    When I deactivate it, I still can’t save changes. No improvement.

    It is good to know it works for you on the demo site.

    Now, we have to find the difference between it and your setup. Once we know the culprit, we can reproduce the issue, find the reason, and fix it.

    Disable all other plugins and switch to the Storefront theme. Reset your browser’s cache. If saving works now, get things back one at a time until you notice it’s broken again. Now we know the culprit.

    If saving still does not work, check if you have must-use plugins. If so, disable them and repeat the previous step.

    If saving still does not work at this point, reinstall the plugin to ensure its files are not modified. Do not worry about your shipping settings; they are preserved when uninstalled.

    Please let us know at which step the saving worked.

    I did the procedure on my test site, which is exactly the same as my site.
    I deactivated everything and tried to change the price of a shipment and save: it finally works!

    So I started by activating ShopEngine, and now I can’t save.

    Last time, however, it didn’t make any difference.

    I deactivated ShopEngine and reactivated everything else, and it saves.
    So it’s shopEngine that’s causing the problem.

    It is worth reporting this issue to ShopEngine support so they can fix it in further versions.
