BUG? problems with download monitor

hi there,
encountering a strange problem… using the download monitor plugin from @never5 togehter with wprml which works fine so far.
BUT: as soon as i am using the physical folders extension the uploads into the downloads monitor folder wont work anymore and so they are not transfered into their secure folder.
are there any known clitches between physical custom folders and the download monitor plugin??

ist there any way to get them work together?
