• Hi there,

I think I might have discovered a bug – or at least a lack of an essential feature. I’m not sure, but possibly.

When orders fail at QuickPay, WooCommerce does not seem to be notified of this. I’ve just discovered a few failed orders, but in my WooCommerce shop, they still appear as ‘Pending payment’ – which meant that neither me the customer had noticed that there was anything wrong with these orders.

Is this an issue you recognise?

    Many thanks!

    Hi there,

I would like to hear a bit more about the use cases you are referring to. What exactly is a “Failed order in QuickPay”? Can you elaborate on the exact flow here?

    Hi @perfectsolution,

    Sure! ?? Here’s an example:

    1. Two orders have been placed but failed and we/WooCommerce were not notified of this.

    2. In QuickPay the orders have the following error messages:

Fejlmeddelelse: "Acquirer status message: 118: No card record. Kontakt jeres indl?ser for at h?re mere".

Fejlmeddelelse: "Acquirer status message: 116: Not sufficient funds. Kontakt jeres indl?ser for at h?re mere".

    So two different errors.

    3. The orders in WooCommerce still appear as ‘Pending payment’ instead of ‘Failed’.

Hope that kind of outlines the problem in a clear way. Do let me know though if you need me to flesh it out some more!

    Many thanks!
