Bug: Preload Shortcode Attribute Doesn’t Work

I think there is a bug that prevents the ‘preload’ attribute from working in all cases, except for probably when the template is set to ‘mediaelement’ and the default wp_video_shortcode is used.

If you look at the evp_embed_video_handler shortcode function, it has an option for preload and most of the other variables are processed, like ‘muted’ and ‘autoplay’ so they have the correct values, then inserted into the video code.

However, this is not done for preload, so it has no effect.
