    There was some typo. Let me correct it, just in case.

    Actually, strictly speaking,
    “anyone (anonymous user) can see all the list of QUESTIONS.”
    The answers are hidden correctly due to the Permission settings.

    It’s greatly appreciated.

    But unfortunately, according to the security policy of my ISP (Hosting Server Company), the access from overseas is denied for the security reason.
    Therefore, you can’t access my WordPress site.

    What else can I do?
    Could you give me some hints that I can try?

    I have checked on our demo and see that it’s bug come from our plugin. In your case, you only can disable the anonymous permission for the Question section. Because you only need the user can not view and post the question. However, I tried and see that it work fine if you disable for 2 section you can not disable permission in the 3 section. I sent and notice to our technical team about this issue, we will check and fix it in the next version. We will release as soon as possible.
