[BUG] Panel closes when clicked if position is set to bottom

WordPress v4.2.3, plugin v1.4.2
When the widget position is set to bottom, clicking anywhere within the panel will close the panel. For other positions, panel will close only when the label is clicked.
In tpls/bottom.php, the click event is hooked to #wpbs_slider. In the other positions, it is hooked to #icon_label.
