• there is a bug on your plugin when i install it

When i try to add to cart an item it shows that error message and the cart is empty or value at 0, but when you check your cart the item is there actually which is fine.

Only during the initiating or click add to cart the shopping bag will not update to 1, but it says “the item was successfully added to the cart”.

Please avoid opening support issues in multiple?places. We noticed you opened an issue?directly on our website too. This creates a lot more tickets for us to review, please help us by not doing this in the future.?

On the reported issue. We’ve reviewed the screenshot and attempted to reproduce the issue and unfortunately, we couldn’t reproduce the error entry.?
We suspect a plugin, theme or custom code is creating the conflict and error log. Prior to submitting the issue, did you perform our theme/plugin test??

Our recommendation, please perform the plugin/theme conflict testing:https://www.bizswoop.com/plugin-theme-conflict-test/

Given the error and reviewing your website, we think the plugin managing the upload functionality,?WCUF maybe the root cause. You might try by deactivating?that plugin first.?

Deactivate all plugins with the exception of WooCommerce and the Product Add-ons plugin. Also use a standard theme, such as WooCommerce Storefront. Finally, if you have made any custom code changes to the Product.php file, make sure to revert those as well. The goal is to identity?and isolate the issue or conflict creating the error log.??

If after you revert to the default Theme and only have active WooCommerce and Product Add-ons plugin the error log is still occurring, please send us the following logs for us to continue troubleshooting the issue.

WooCommerce Status log. To find this log, go to WooCommerce, Status, System Status tab, click the Get System Report. Copy the report and send to us.?

WooCommerce Error Logs. To find this log, go to WooCommerce, Status, Logs tab, review and verify if any logs related to zaddons is occurring. If any errors on occurring, download the log and send it to us.?

If the error is not occurring, one-by-one, add a new plugin and reactivate the theme and test to identify when the error entry occurs.

We will keep the forum post open as you conduct the additional testing to help us identify?the cause for the error entry you reported. And you may also need to reach out to the team leading the upload plugin functionality on the product page for support if the error is occurring on that plugin activation.
