    Hi there,

Let’s see if we can get to the bottom of this. First, have you cleared your browser and site caches since the update? That always a good place to start. Next, along with WooCommerce, did you also update your theme and other extensions, just to make sure that they’re all on the same page?

Next, it’s not clear from your screenshot what is being shown – could you show the top of the page so that the column-headings are visible? Then you appear to have some custom icons to the right there – if you have plugins that are modifying that view, can you temporarily disable them to see if that solves the issue?

    Let us know the outcome!

    Hi @xavierae,

You’ll first want to check if the issue is caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know how it goes.
