bug on mobile with a header builder

I was trying to access your site but my browser’s security detects some malware or similar detection so I wasn’t able to see the issue.

Thanks for your reply. After inspecting the page on a mobile device, I believe you are referring to the white space on the right that appears when swiping to the left. On my end, I am able to see the horizontal scrollbar on the bottom when this occurs.

This behavior is typically caused by an element causing an overflow in one or more sections/containers on the page, or in a container in the header/footer. As such, please follow the steps in the guide below to fix the issue:

hi, ok i see too a very small scroll bar on mobile, i checked your article, thanks it’s works BUT now, there is a bug with the menu mobile, only on page is displaying instead of all pages.

I’d also suggest to try out safe mode. Go to Elementor > tools , choose “enable” to the Safe Mode setting, and click save changes.

“Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.

If it did help, then there is a plugin/theme conflict that causes this issue, try to deactivate all plugins and turn them one by one till you find the culprit.

Upon inspecting the your site, I was not able to reproduce the issue as shown in your screenshot.

Please refer to this screencast I made to show you how it looks on my end.

May I ask has this issue been resolved from your end as well or is there something I am missing?

If you are still experiencing this issue, could you send us a short screencast, demonstrating this issue and how we can reproduce it on your site, this way we can have a better visual understanding and see if there is something I missed checking this from my end?

On your screen shot, you tested th previous bug with the margin on the right who appeared but now, i set “hidden” for the Layout, but as i said, now, If i set “hidden”, the mobile menu displays only one page (assurance automobile) instead of severals pages (assurance automobile, …). Please recheck. The problem now, it’s about the menu who not display all sub menu.

So your setup without the overflow hidden is correct and it should not be using “hidden”, it should be default.

After looking at the issue on a mobile phone, I can see it is coming from the theme Astra. If I added overflow: hidden on the page, the problem does not happen.

Please change the theme temporarily to a different one, check if the issue persists.

nobody can help me ? I notice that it’s not a bug of the theme astra because i use it on other website who has not this bug this the same setting with elementor builder header footer.
