Bug on Loop widget in Elementor Pro 3.12.0

  • I use the loop widget to list my products, and before upgrading to this new elementor pro version, it works well, and I set the products lists in 4 columns, the gap between columns is 28px and the first column’s left margin and 4th column’s right margin is 0px.

    After upgrading to the new version, the default setting of loop widget changed, 40px between columns and above margin is 20px, which i couldn’t change them at all, which result the website product list structure totally changed.

    i tried to set the different loop, it comes with the same result, no matter how much the gap and margin i set, it will come 40px and 0px on a live website page.

    Since you are an Elementor Pro user, the developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    my pro is activated by Elementor’s distributor/reseller, I found this bug then i tried to contact Elementor officials, they told me i should reach out to the distributor and let him to contact them. I thought that’s not efficient way, please just regard me as a normal user, then they let me to public my feedback here, and now you ask me to contact Elementor…

    Quite a bad experience! Bad experience with bugs caused by upgrading, and then bad experience with bugs feedback!
