BUG of the ma-tabs widget

    I used the ma-tabs of widget free version before.
    And it still is the free version(shows For more Styles Upgrade Now in style option) after i purchase and active the pro version.
    Other widget is normal as pro version.

    Tried reinstall and deleted cache.
    Can not solve this problem.
    Sent 2 tickets but nobody replied.

    Thanks for contacting with us.
    If you activate pro version then Upgrade message will be gone and Pro settings will be applied.

    Already activated the pro version. Pro settings are applied exclude the ma-tabs.

    Are you meaning after activating Pro version still the Pro message remains?

    Yes. You could see the photo i sent.
    I can use the pro widget, which means i activated the pro version.
    Only the ma-tabs remains “For more Styles Upgrade Now”.
    Other widget is normal.

    I used the ma-tabs in the free version before. Maybe that is the reason why it shows the message.

    Tried reinstall and deleted cache.But can not solve this problem.

    I did not uninstall the free version when i installed the pro version. And it remains a error message. But i ignore it.

    I do not like to give a bad review. Just want the problem can be solved.
    Resolve the problem and i will update a 5 star review.

    I repeat the step that i installed the pro version before in other site to find the error message.
    It remains “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.Fatal error: Cannot declare class MasterAddons\Master_Elementor_Addons, because the name is already in use in wp-content/plugins/master-addons-pro/class-master-elementor-addons.php on line 7”
    Step i installed the plugin:
    1.installed the free version to try the ma-tabs widget and published.
    2.purchased the pro version and installed it.
    3.activated the pro version and it remains the error message.(did not deactivate the free version, which I think is the reason why ma-tabs can not update to pro version)

    I got it now. You need to Deactivate free Version first then activate Pro Version.
    Both will not together.
    On your case, please Delete free Version first and Upload and Active Pro Version.
    Your problem will be solved.

    I tried deactivate the free version and uninstall it.
    Reinstalled the pro version and activated.
    But it can not work.
    Still shows the message on ma-tabs widget.

    Maybe you could follow the step i install pro version to find the problem.

    In another site I also tried deactivate the free version and uninstall it.Reinstalled the pro version and activated.It can not work too.

    Support for customers should not happen in these forums.
