Not sending transactional mails to multiple admin email-addresses

    Hi,

    as far as I can see the extension does not behave correctly in the following case:

    WooCommerce Settings –> E-Mails –> New Order –> Recipients

    This field specifies the admin e-mail address(es) to send e.g. ?New order“ emails. As specified by Woocommerce (hover over the info box next to the field) you can specify multiple email-address separated by comma.

    In case you specify multiple addresses in this field, SendInBlue only sends the transactional email to the first address in the field.

    Any way to fix this?

    Hi

    It is strange that you are facing this problem. Our plugin sends the transactional email to all recipients specified in Woocommerce/Settings/Emails/New order/ correctly.
    Can you check your setting is correct again?

    definitely does not work.

    Tried resetting the field with one or multiple email addresses. Checked the transactional-logs on the SendInBlue site, only sends to the first email in the field.

    What info do you need?

    UPDATE: after resetting the field once again it does send the email to both adresses…but not over SendInBlue since they do not show up in the Log of the transactional emails.

    Is this type of email excluded from the SendInBlue transactional emails and somehow send directly?
