• Several bugs appeared at the beginning of 2023 from version 5.1 of the pro version…
These bugs are still not all fixed!
We can just go back to the previous version these bugs…
The developers of this plugin don’t care about their customers…
I give 2 stars, because the plugin was very good before.

Update 24/03/03 : Since there are no corrections since this post, I’m going down to one star… You’ve got to be kidding the world.

Thank you for your feedback, @gilles24.

We are starting to diligently collect all the bug reports and categorize them to better understand what should be fixed next.

“We are starting to diligently collect all the bug reports and categorize them”… 8 months later you start collecting bug reports!!!
What professionalism! You don’t care about your customers…

We do care about our users (who are using the free version of the plugin) and customers (those using the paid versions), and that’s why we are actually collecting and categorizing all the bug reports, feature requests, and enhancements.

Also, the owner of the plugin was changed several weeks ago, so the new team does need some time to fully understand what are the main pain points and what we should address first.

Thank you for understanding and please stay tuned for future updates of the plugin.

3 months later, still nothing… you’re not serious!

Slava, I have reported the same problems that @gilles24 has stated and I’m using the paid version. We are stuck on version 5.0.2 because any upgrade to the plugin after that version breaks every PDF viewing window on the site where it embeds an iframe of the home page on the site in each PDF window. I have had countless back and forth emails with your support and I keep getting the same run around. It’s been 9 months since first reporting this issue and there has been absolutely no resolve to this problem. Completely unacceptable when we are paying an annual license fee for this. Utter incompetence in your team to fix this plugin, all while stringing your customer and users along that you’re “working on it.”

I suggest to all paying users to give 1 star… maybe that will finally make the developers of this plugin react? And fix bugs that have existed for over a year!

Gilles24. The problem with WordPress is that people like you are so ungrateful. You have no idea how much work goes into supporting plugins with over 10,000 themes out there, with over 60,000 plugins out there. With different hosting environments. With Security and optimization considerations. Yet you come here and you do the most damage possible. Do you know the implications of giving a plugin a 1 star review ?

But since it is coming from a man who looks like a hobo. I would not put much weight on your feedback. The wordpress community consists of people usually falling into 3 camps. 1 those that will destroy a plugins rating if it is not for free. 2. Those that will complain and throw a tantrum when there is some obscure bug. 3. Those that understand reality.

In life, the people who we must avoid the most are the miserable and complainers. Because their disease is contagious.

    Good morning dear friend,
Please note that I am not in the habit of rating negatively on the internet… This is actually the only time in my life that I have given such a rating! Generally, when I give a rating, it’s when I’m satisfied…
I am in no way the hateful person you describe…
In this case, I did it because my direct requests remained unanswered, or vague promises, after more than a year of waiting (for a paid plugin….). So it was a way to put some of the service on this service provider…
As for your insulting comments, if necessary they demonstrate where the hateful person is…
    Sincerely,
