    Thought it might have been the way they were signing up however we have replaced all default register forms with PMP forms and retested.

    Any non-administrative user that is logged in at the highest possible membership level when clicking the message alert that pops up over the profile/log out button is redirected to the membership level pricing page.

    What “messages” link are you talking about? It sounds like that is coming from another plugin other than PMPro / WordPress.

    On the site there is a Profile/Log out button at the top of the page. If they click the little “alert” telling them they have a message it starts to direct to their profile/messages but then redirects to the membership level pricing.

    We are using the SweetDate theme by SeventhQueen for the site. I’ve asked but no one has replied or says it’s a PMP issue.

    We thought about perhaps a work around if you go to profile then notifications you can see the messages but if you click on it then it takes you to the PMP membership level pricing page.

    I’m not too familiar with the SweetDate theme, but we can take a look at your site if you want to become a PMPro member and post on our member forums.

    Another thing you could try is adding this code to your theme’s functions.php or a customizations plugin:
    add_filter('pmpro_login_redirect', '__return_false');

    That might solve the issue if the “Messages” link is getting redirected at the Register page.
