Bug: no detection of existing slug/url of a page when creating a post

While having the following permalink structure: https://www.mysite.com/%postname%/
If a existing page is called “karma”, and a post is created with the same title “karma”, the post uses the route of the page and redirects to the page instead of assigning “karma-2” automatically as slug/url to the post.
