Bug: No custom fields is shown when WP Super Cache is activated

If I activate wp super cache, my single.php is not able to output ANY of our custom fields. We use custom fields to add meta data to our posts, as well as telling timthumb which image to use for thumbnails, but for some weird reason all the variables I build that are ment to contain values from a custom field comes out empty.

This has to be a bug, I can’t understand anything else.
