Bug: Multiple Cancellations

    Hi,
    for some reason there is sometimes a bug in my woocommerce-setup: if the customer is issued a refund, two cancellations will be stored in the system. One shows the correct amount (+ correct PDF) and an additional one for 0,00€ which shows a blank page in the PDF. Is there any way to solve this?

    Hi there,

    It sounds like we’re missing some pieces to the puzzle here – With “Cancellations”, are you referring to the order status that’s being set to “Cancelled” twice or something else altogether? Also, can you share a screenshot of the page(s) where you’re seeing the erroneous data? I’m asking as I’d just like to make sure this is part of the core WooCommerce plugin and that we’re on the same page in terms of troubleshooting this further.

    Finally, can you share a copy of your status report found under **WooCommerce > Status**?
