BUG: MS Azure CDN file upload size problem

There seems to be a problem with large files (apparently >30MB) and Azure CDN. Videos I’m trying to upload (via Media library export) always fail with the message “Unable to put blob (The MD5 value specified in the request did not match with the MD5 value calculated by the server.”
Even worse: These errors do not appear in the unsuccessful file transfers list.
