[Bug] Latest Version Removes Current Permissions

I just updated to the latest version.

All the access that was set before the upgrade was wiped out.

Reproduce :

GO to Trainings > Member Mouse.
Check the Users with this level or bundle can access: ( it was reset ).

Now, I have to manually create permission again.
