    Hi
    in my site https://radiotounsi.com/
Shortcodes of my theme (beaton) were working fine in computers but not in mobile phones browsers, they were just displaying as shortcodes and not rendering, so I disabled plugins one by one and it turned out that the culprit was jetpack, now it is disabled and the shortcodes are OK, it would be nice if you manage to fix this bug so I can activate jetpack again, thanks.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Since the shortcodes are included in your theme, they will stop working as soon as you switch to another theme. Did you use Jetpack’s Mobile Theme module on your site? If so, your mobile readers were served a different version of your site, using a different theme, where the shortcodes were consequently not available.

To solve this issue, you would need to move the shortcodes to a plugin. In general, it’s best to keep all content-related features in plugins instead of in a theme. This way, when you switch themes you don’t lose any of your content.

I’d suggest that you contact your theme author; they might already have a plugin you can use instead of the theme’s shortcodes.

I hope this clarifies things a bit.

Thank you for your help, I enabled jetpack and disabled Mobile Theme module and the site is displaying OK on mobile phones.
