Bug? Internal links opens in new window

  • Dear Arjan,
    I′m very happy, that you adopted this plugin!
    I′m wondering if it is a bug, that when the option “Open in new window: (Open the external links in a new window.)” is enabled, not only external links are opened in a new window, but internal as well.
