Can you provide a site that demonstrate the problem?

    Hi Andrew,
After more testing, this issue seems to be related to my local hosting setup.

Would you please provide some details (“related to my local hosting setup”). I’ve the same sounding problem at https://tinta.idealhost.yum.pl . I’m a beginner developer and am just working at the site to fix the bug and I have no good clue how to fix it. I use kind of a child theme of the Twentynineteen theme.

I ‘solved’ it just commenting out enqueuing of touch-keyboard-navigation.js. Lamers’ solution, I know, but works and noone wants from me this script to be working..

@dzynx, Open a new thread if you want help with your issue. Removing the script doesn’t fix the issue, it just moves it onto keyboard users of your site.
