Bug in the recent upgrade

    Hey, thanks for the plugin, I use this on 33 sites.

    Two issues, upgrading has reset all of the previously configured settings to default. Secondly I can’t now turn on X-XSS-Protection or X-Content-Type-Options – when I set these to on and hit save the values reset to defaults.
