Bug in the plugin

There is a bug in this plugin.
If you change your notices several times this plugin remembers each version of the notice, and displays it in the changed order several times. I tried this plugin with several colours and different text 6 times, and now all the 6 versions appears one after each other when I change the sites on my website. Tried this also after deleting the cookies but the same thing happens every time. This is quite annoying for visitors. Tested this on a few browsers and it is at least a problem in IE 11.0 and the ltest Firefox
