Bug in the members page

First I would to thank you for your great plugin.
I’ve a problem since several weeks. In this page : https://black-birds.com/members/ Only a PART of my website members are available. I’ve 24 membres registred and only 20 are avaiable. Of cours all of them have the sames parms.I can sent you an access of the backoffice if you want.
