Bug in Spanish Restore password page

Using WPML for a bilingual website.
Default language is Spanish.
Error occurs when trying to restore password in Spanish.
In the English page everything works OK. Email goes out and message reads:
“You will receive an email with the activation link”
https://ajbid.org/en/restore-password-request/?sent=success#
tested with valid userid jperez77

BOTH emails go out since I use a plugin “WP Mail Logging Log
But in the Spanish version of the page I get the incorrect message:
“Ha ocurrido un problema enviando el correo electrónico”
which is the English equivalent of
“An error has ocurred sending the email”

The ending url is
https://ajbid.org/restablecer-tu-contrasena/?sent=failed#
but it should have been
https://ajbid.org/restablecer-tu-contrasena/?sent=success#
Email does not go out like in the Spanish version.

Why? How to fix it?
