    There is a bug in the new release 4.15.2, where the warning message regarding Ninja Firewall introduced recently does not disappear or redirects after trying to open the reporting panel. There is just the warning on a white screen, and nothing happens afterward. Disabling the Ninja Firewall completely in options doesn’t fix it, so it can’t have something to do with blocking something on the Firewall side. Only disabling Ninja Firewall from plugins will open the reporting dashboard normally.

    Please fix this bug as soon as possible, since my clients need the reports AND Ninja Firewall for security reasons.

    Hello @fruchtfliege. Sorry to hear you are having issue with the plugin. Could you please send us a copy of the php error logs and server error logs so we can further investigate what’s causing this issue and for me to be able to raise it with our developers?

    Hi, unfortunately I don’t have access to the server (only to wordpress backend). Is there a way to disable the Ninja Firewall check introduced in the recent release? I could use a file manager to edit the core files of your plugin and see, if the bug disappears after disabling the Ninja Firewall check.

    Same problem. WP Dark Mode has a lot of errors too…

    This probably means the error occurs after the warning is printed, and is likely due to the system report causing problems in some way. the next release on Monday NZT may make the Matomo dashboard accessible.
