Bug in "Related Links" builtin/default widget

I think I have found a bug in this widget. It is generating an extra </li> tag. This has been ‘harmless’ with Firefox 3.6.<mumble> (under CentOS 5.7), but I just upgraded to CentOS 5.8, which includes Firefox 10.0.3 (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:10.0.3) Gecko/20120314 Firefox/10.0.3). This bug (?) causes FF10 to displace a </div> (or causes the extra to become a </div>) when Firebug 1.9.1 is used to display the page (I was using Firebug to figure out why my site looked so ‘weird’ with FF 10).
