Bug in qaplus_rewrites()

Hi,

seems like you got a little bug in inc/functions.php, beginning at line 48: $slug is not used after its definition. Problem could be that if $qaplus_options['faq_slug'] is undefined, the rewrite rule will not rewrite to ‘faqs’, as intended.
